BUYING & SELLING
houseinnTurkey charges as commission 4% of the real estate values, plus 18% VAT, as per Article 20 of the Regulation on the Trade of Real Estate, published by the Ministry of Customs and Trade in the Official Gazette numbered 30442.
This 4 % is distributed between the buyer and the seller equally from each party, 2% from the buyer and 2% from the seller.
RENTALS
In leasing transactions, the service fee is the monthly amount of the rental price, excluding VAT (18%).
