We will assist you with collecting the following documents and arranging all needed points accumulated below to start the legal procedure to apply for the transfer of the title deed at the Land Registry Office.

Passport with a notarized and certified translation of the parties or their authorized representatives

Turkish tax number

Bank account number

Real Estate Appraisal Report

The official value assesment report of the city administration

Land registry statement of the details of the property

DASK earthquake assurance of the property

Form information sheet for foreign buyers/sellers

Registered translator for the Turkish language

What happens after we have collected all the documents?

houseinnTurkey applies online to the Land Registry Office for the purchase and forward them all the documents online

We receive a message from the Land Registry Office to pay the property buying taxes

Buyer & Seller will pay their shares of the buying taxes

We receive an invitation by message from the Land Registry Office with date and time to sign the transfer of the Title Deed

On the invitation date seller, buyer, translator and houseinnTurkey will go to the land Registry Office

The remaining payment of the sales price will be done to the seller, just a couple of minutes before the time of the Title Deed signment

Seller & Buyer & Translator enters the signing room of the Land Registry Office to sign the transfer of the Title Deed

Title Deed is transfered on the name of the new owner and receives the Title Deed on paper
